Mat Pilates – Mondays at 5.30pm
**NEW to Club Armstrong, we welcome Sachi to our class schedule.
Sachi is a well experienced trainer in Mat Pilates.
Floor Pilates or Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs. Which uses a variety of exercises implemented to assist in building a strong, stable and balanced body.
With a strong focus on core, Mat Pilates aims to improve posture and overall health and wellbeing. This style of Pilates also includes elements of cardio, stretching and mindfulness to create a well-rounded workout.
Please bring your own mat and prefilled drink bottle. The class runs for 45 minutes.
As always Club Armstrong classes are for our registered members, over 16 years old. Bookings are not required. Guests are not permitted.
