
Boot Camp 2020
The long awaited return of Boot Camp is here!
Starting back on Wednesday February 26th at 6pm!
Sessions will be on Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8am and will run for 4 weeks. Ending on March 21st.
As usual with Boot Camp registration is required. Book below!
Sessions will be a mix of Cardio, Strength, Core and HIIT Fitness. For all OC members that are over the age of 16. Don’t forget your drink bottle!
As a reminder – Guests are not permitted.
